RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Customer can book tickets by Fax, Email, and Telephone and reconfirm your reservation and send deposit to Vietland Travel., JSC at least 10 working days before your arrival in
. Your reservation is effective only when you have done this confirmation already.
PAYMENT: Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 20% (twenty per cent) deposit is requested, and the total fee for services should be paid at the starting date of the tour. Customer can pay by cash, credit card, traveler’s cheques or bank’s transfer.
For payment by credit card and traveler’s cheques, the total tour fee will be added 3% as the changing service charge of ’s bank. For payment by bank’s transfer, the transfer fee at the customer’s side is at the customer’s account. Vietlandtravel., JSC’s bank account is follow:

*VOUCHERS:
Vouchers are to be issued for all booking arrangements. A copy of the Customer’s itinerary should be enclosed with the voucher and should reach the Customer on his arrival or beginning of the arrangements booked.
CANCELLATION
Save for the case where a Client/Agent loses its deposit as mentioned above, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by Vietland Travel., JSC but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client/Agent shall be liable to pay those charges to Vietland Travel., JSC or to the concerned parties directly as the case may be.
LIABILITY:
Vietland Travel., JSC is intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels and transport operator providing services. Vietland Travel., JSC is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour itinerary. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, the tourists must do accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest. Tour itinerary, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour.
In the special events such as natural disaster, bad weather, political unrest and the resulting necessary of changing the tour itinerary, Vietland Travel., JSC cannot be held responsible. Refunds are restricted to services not provided after deduction of actual costs incurred during the trip of the tourist.
VALIDITY
All the prices quoted to the Client/Agent are on a net basis and in United States Dollars and valid according to the date specified on the Vietland Travel., JSC printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the Client/Agent. Vietland Travel., JSC warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the Client/Agent are correct at the time of issuance of the Client's/Agent's quotation and/or invoice but are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.
CLAIMS
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services.
